Joe Willis has helped us buy two homes now. Each time, he has been professional, helpful and thorough. Our first home was under contract within 24 hours and sold shortly after. During this time, Joe was able to find us our dream new home, that was still under construction. He worked well with the other realtors to make the process so simple and smooth on our end. It felt like we barely did anything. My husband and I enjoyed our experience so much, that we recommended Joe to my parents. He was able to help them out by getting their house sold while making the process easy. I would recommend Joe to anyone going through the buying and selling process.

Joe was our listing agent for a home we recently sold in the SLC market. Joe did a fantastic job. His staging specialist came to coach us on staging our home and the photos turned out amazing. They really showcased our home's size and features. Most people base their first impression on the photos alone, so his photos were so valuable! He also has a great knowledge of the market, and what the sale price of the house should be. We have seen houses in that same neighborhood get sold quickly far below market value, losing equity, and we've seen other homes get listed way too high and sit on the market with no interest. Joe's feel for the market value was a perfect balance of our timing to sell and getting the most for our house. Joe also handled the closing and kept all the moving pieces in order. Thanks again for a great selling experience, I would recommend Joe for his knowledge, experience, professionalism, and understanding of the market.

We honestly had the best experience working with Joe. Our family had recently moved back to Utah and were feeling overwhelmed with the housing market in Utah. Joe was extremely patient as we looked at tons and tons of homes and had great suggestions for what areas would suit our family’s needs. He eventually lead us to the Vineyard area, a place we had never heard of previously, and we have loved being here. He was also extremely helpful through the closing on our home (the worst/most confusing part of buying a house), and was extremely knowledgeable of the whole process. We still call him with questions we have, like who pays for property taxes during the first year you live in your house and he always has time to help us. Joe has been the man and am so happy he helped us through this overwhelming process!

Joe is the very best and will always be my real estate agent! When my sister was searching for a home I tagged along and was so impressed with all of the research Joe had done for her.. It made for an easy, leisurely afternoon. When the time came for my husband and I to buy a bigger home there was no question who would help us. After searching, we decided to build. These two guys have always been so awesome to my wife and I. When I first met Joe I told him I didn't want to mess around and go to 800 houses and he was amazing.
